My clients had such an amazing time!! The main charter, X, completed a formal review as did another guest on board. I have attached both reviews as a pdf below. 

This was my second booking on Unbridled and the first guests back in December were just as happy. I will absolutely continue to offer Unbridled to my clients, plus you and Rod are great to work with:)

AMAZING!!!! Knowledgeable, safety first, great attitudes, great Captain, 
Daphne, Jazz and Esha were all SO good at everything they did. The Chef D 
was truly amazing – the food was great, but the fact he could deliver it at 
once for 8 people was impressive. They were all smiling every day at every 
thing! They made the trip what it was! So impressed.

WOW. I am a pescatarian and the chef was very accommodating and my 
meals were as good as anyone’s!! He really delivered. The sushi night was 
truly amazing!!! Really enjoyed his food!

The crew was exceptional, always greeting you with a smile, very courteous, 
friendly, and always looking out for our every need. The captain and chief 
stew are very knowledgeable and experienced. They managed the other 
younger crew members very well so we always felt like we had someone 
there looking out for us no matter the day or time. 
● And last but not least, the food? 5 
● Tell us about your meals. 
All 8 of us can’t stop talking about the food. There wasn’t one meal we would 
have changed. A great variety of menu items, 3 meals a day, plus cocktail 
hours. The food was always fresh, so well prepared and delicious. We had a 
theme every night and the meals reflected the occasion. We had one 
vegetarian and the chef went above and beyond to prepare special meals for 
her. We loved the meals so much that we took the menus with us in hopes 
that we can recreate at least one of the spectacular meals. 
● Great! Now, do you remember what you liked best about this trip? 
The ease of it all has impressed all of us so much. There is always some anxiety 
around traveling with a group. Not knowing how everyone will get along, how to 
interact with the crew, will the accommodations be acceptable to everyone. From the 
beginning, Captain Marx was at the airport to greet us and get us to the yacht. No 
waiting, no hassle. Once we got on board we were greeted by the rest of the crew who 
showed us to our cabin to get situated. It did help to have the cabins assigned before 
boarding. Then we were shown around the yacht and once everyone was on board he 
debriefed us on where we would go first and what activities would be available. He did 
this everyday so we had something to look forward to. The yacht was spacious that 
each person could find a great resting spot or we could all get together in the lounge 
area for cocktails and conversation. We all looked forward to the outstanding meals 
together, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all 5 star. Nothing was forced, very relaxing but 
at the same time plenty of activity if you wanted it. Jet Skiing and diving was as much 
of a hit as lounging in the floating chairs with a cocktail. The water was the perfect 
temperature, views of the islands eye candy, the huge tarpon at night at the back of 
the boat fascinating, and a very large barracuda that decided to visit was special. The 
destinations such as the Baths Virgin Gorda, Saba Rock, St John, Jost an Dyke, and 
the others we visited in BVI just amazing. It’s hard to say what we liked best because it 
was all the BEST. 
● And what did you like the least about this trip? Having to leave… 
● Thank you. Please tell us how did you find the pace and the itinerary of your 
vacation? It worked out very well. Captain left it open to change in case weather or some other 
unforeseen issue arose so we all just went with it. No stress.

The food was so amazing that we never wanted to leave the boat. Every meal was a highlight but the themed dinners were next level. Our favorite was the Japanese night and it fit right in with our Mahjong Game nights. 🙂 And of course the disco night we will remember forever, especially X in his shirtless costume!

We have been fortunate enough to charter yachts before, but to date, this was the warmest, most welcoming, and best crew we have ever experienced. Your kindness, attention to detail, sense of fun and ability to make us feel cared for is truly remarkable.

Were the accommodations and general condition of the yacht satisfactory for your charter party?
Unbridled is an older vessel that has been well maintained and refreshed. Staterooms were in good shape, the forward 4th stateroom was a little difficult to utilize.

Was the crew cordial, accommodating and professional?
The crew was amazing. Capt Robert and his wife Daphne are consummate professionals, very experienced and worked hard to make sure the the experience was a trip of a lifetime. They are supported by Arthur (dive master) and Joe (Joann), 2 very capable crew members. D’Andre is an amazing chef with our entire party discussing his culinary skills at every meal.

How would you describe the quality of the meals prepared and served on board?
As referenced above, D’Andre is world class and every meal was a wonderful experience, helped along by great service from Joe and Daphne. Seamless and natural. The theme nights were well done and lots of effort put in to make each night special. 

Did your charter experience meet or exceed your expectations?
Exceeded all of our expectations.

He said the trip turned out better than they expected… and said the boat was good and the crew were phenomenal. The Chef is of the chart!

He said the weather wasn’t the best but not too bad either and said Clifford was great at finding little bays with calm waters… and that the crew made his friend’s wedding on board beautiful.

I had a wonderful conversation with Mr. and Mrs. yesterday. They were absolutely thrilled with their trip on Unbridled. I think that you set the trip off to a great start by meeting them at the airport; they commented that this set the tone for the exemplary service provided by all of the crew throughout the charter. They LOVED the food, the relaxed ambiance, and the dedication of the crew. They were very grateful for all of the watersports time, noting that the fly board and Hannah learning to wakeboard were a couple of the many highlights. Everything onboard was perfect! They really enjoyed the camaraderie of the crew and how “hands on” you are as a captain. 

Thanks for taking such wonderful care of them. You all hit it out of the ballpark for this family!

1. How was your experience working with Captain Clifford?
My overall experience was great, at the beginning he was a little quiet with the preference sheet and getting back to the client with suggested itinerary but he then stepped up and addressed everything needed. My client really loved him, the stewardess and the chef. Had nothing but amazing things to say back to me.
2. How was your clients overall experience with the yacht?
The entire family was extremely pleased, they said will do another trip onboard of UNBRIDDLED but this time in the Caribbean. The primary heavily addressed they had the best time and trip of their lives. The chef was unbelievable, with variety of dishes everyday, the stew went on and beyond for them as well as the Capt. Clifford pleasing them on every move.
3. How was your clients experience with the crew?
AMAZING, A+++++++!!!!!!
4. How was your experience working with the CA?
My Overall experience with Rod was outstanding, he is hands on top of his game, very responsive on everything I needed.
