April 2026 BVI Charter

Bryan and Patti,
What amazing hosts you both are! The Island Hoppin’ is great but you truly made it home for our short time aboard. Patti- I can’t think of one sip or bite that was just “meh”. Literally every meal was spot on and as close to perfect as I’ve had! We’ve eaten lots of great food over the years and know good food when we taste it! Simply wow. And your service was ALWAYS accompanied by your warm smile-no matter what keep smiling-it’s a god given gift! Bryan- Thank you for helping us “check ALL the boxes”, even those we didn’t know need checking! The morning dives, perfect anchorages, afternoon sail and the unnecessary dinghy rides to Soggy Dollar as we passed all the swimming commoners 😉 will not soon be forgotten. Every “Can we?” was met with a “Yes!”. Your daily bloody marys will be missed… Finally congratulations to both of you on closing this chapter in your lives and we pray God’s blessings on your next! Keep that spirit of wonder and adventure. Lastly-never take each other for granted and continue to fight for your marriage no matter what comes your way. It’s hard but it’s good! If your world travels ever bring you through or to Chattanooga, please give us a shout, it’s not nearly as cool as Island Hoppin’ but it’ll do!

Aprila 2026 BVI Review

Dear Bryan and Patti,
I have always said in life we end with memories and some will be great while others not so much. So much is out of our control and we spend our life trying to make favorable memories in our control. Those memories in our control I measure by “smile factor” and this trip was a 10 out of 10! You both care so much and it shows. You made our whole family smile and we all had the highest smile factor possible 24/7! Very happy we met and had such a great time. Thank you and know the effort you put in with the kids was noticed.

Oh my gosh, we had the best trip ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you Bryan and Patti for making our Island Hoppin experience exceed our expectations! Patti, your skills in the galley were excellent. We loved the amazing flavor we kept swooning over and the perfect variety. That bacon jam OMG!!!! You have a special gift with all of your creations! Bryan, thank you for teaching us the e-foil, making sure we danced at the full moon party, sailing, fishing, chasing rainbows, and making sure we had the best time at all the beaches and lived our best lives at all beach bars! Not even going to mention all the fun at the Willy T. You two make an excellent team, yall are the BEST!

As I look back over the second charter with you and Island Hoppin’, my heart is so full. From the moment we stepped back onboard, it felt less like the start of a vacation and more like picking up right where we left off with people we genuinely care about. You both have such a gift of making every detail memorable, and every experience unforgettable. The adventure filled days of exploring Anegada or dinghying to beach bars, are the kind of adventures we’ll always remember. Patti’s meals are always extraordinary- thoughtful, creative, and made with love. Together you two make every detail feel effortless. Our relationship has grown far beyond guests and crew. We treasure the laughter, the sunsets, the conversations, and the quiet moments anchored in the crystal clear blue waters. We just wrapped up an unforgettable week sailing the crystal blue waters of the BVI. We set sail out of Tortola with Captain Bryan at the helm, steady and calm, reading the wind like he’s known it forever. Patti somehow turned the galley into a 5 star kitchen. Fresh fish, incredible meals, something sweet to top it all off, every meal was an occasion. We wrapped it all up at the Soggy Dollar Bar-clothes still damp, painkillers in hand-not wanting the week to end. It was beautiful “Island Hoppin” with you. Thank you for a truly perfect vacation.
