Trained in France’s prestigious culinary institutions, she has honed her craft in Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury yachts across the Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Indonesia, and beyond. Her expertise extends far beyond traditional cooking—she is an experienced freediver and spearfisher, embracing CATA’s adventurous spirit by incorporating freshly caught seafood into her menus, creating a true ocean-to-table experience.

Estelle’s cuisine is a vibrant fusion of global flavors, influenced by her travels and deep appreciation for the natural bounty of the sea.
