He first started in the industry as a marine wildlife guide on Vancouver Island and then moved on to chartering sailboats and day charters. Captain David has been in yachting since 1998 but prior to entering the industry he spent time as a registered massage therapist, bartender, and whale watching captain.

Patience, compassion, a calm demeanor, and a sense of humor are some of Captain David’s greatest assets. He is detail oriented and sets high standards for himself and his crew. He feels a great sense of purpose and pride planning and completing a charter successfully. Safety, professionalism, and integrity are always his top priorities. In his spare time, Captain David enjoys fitness, health and nutrition, strength training, flying personal aircrafts, riding his Harley Davidson, and hanging out with friends and family.
