What kind of food and drinks are served on a yacht charter?

Charter yacht food and drinks are built entirely from the guest preference sheet — there’s no fixed menu. Six to eight weeks before the charter, the chef sends a sheet asking about cuisine preferences (Italian, Asian, French, Mediterranean), dietary restrictions, food allergies, breakfast pattern, lunch style, dinner formality, and drinks. The chef provisions to that brief in port the day before embarkation. A typical week sees breakfast cooked to order, lunch as a light buffet on deck, sundowner cocktails at 5 PM, dinner served at 7:30 or 8. Drinks span everything: full bar (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky), wine list (chef-curated to the menu), beer, sodas, and juices. Premium spirits and specific vintages get noted on the sheet. The preference sheet drives everything.
