My name is Pijero Krt, born in Zadar, Croatia. I have 10 years of experience in hospitality and a strong passion for the sea which led me to complete maritime school and work as an Engine Officer on VLCC and chemical tankers. Now, in the yachting and charter industry I combine technical knowledge with great communication skills. I am positive, communicative, and easygoing with a passion for motors, cars, and anything powered by engine.

Motivated and reliable deckhand with 5 years of hands-on experience working in a busy marina environment. Through daily work with various types of boats and yachts, I have developed strong practical skills in mooring, docking assistance, line handling, and general vessel maintenance. I am highly familiar with marina operations and understand the importance of safety, organization, and attention to detail when working around guests and valuable vessels. My experience has allowed me to build confidence in handling different situations on the water while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.

Kristina Terek grew up in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. I graduated from a secondary school for hospitality and tourism in 2009, and in 2015 I earned her Master’s degree from the University of Zagreb at the Faculty of Agriculture. However, my love and passion for the sea prevailed, and in 2021 I began pursuing my dream career. During my career, I worked on smaller private vessels up to 29 meters as a stewardess, and I am currently working on a 39-meter motor yacht as Stewardess, a position I have held for the past four years. I have extensive experience in delivering top-tier service on board, characterized by professionalism, pride in my work, and dedication to fulfilling guests’ wishes. I enjoy all kinds of activities, from running and cycling to hiking and all types of water sports.
