Captain Bryce Simpson hails from the beautiful state of Vermont, where his love for the outdoors and adventure first took root. After graduating college in 1992 with a degree in accounting, Bryce decided to pursue a life beyond the office. He moved south to Florida, where his uncle introduced him to the world of yachting — a moment that would shape the course of his entire career. What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion, and Bryce has been working on superyachts ever since.

With more than three decades of experience on the water, Captain Bryce brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and calm leadership to every voyage. He holds a USCG 1600/3000 ITC ton Captain’s License and has spent his career cruising some of the most stunning destinations in the world. His travels span The Bahamas, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the U.S. East Coast, and Mexico, giving him a deep understanding of diverse cruising grounds and a true appreciation for delivering exceptional guest experiences in every region. Beyond the helm, Bryce is an avid waterman and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys golf, skiing, and scuba diving, and is also a NAUI Dive Master. Bryce recently learnt how to wakeboard, this is one of the toughest skills he’s tackled.

Tristyn grew up loving to bodyboard and explore the beautiful beaches of the Garden Route of South Africa. He has always enjoyed the outdoors, water exploration and traveling, and that sense of adventure drew him into the world of yachts. He is at his happiest when he is in the water, trying new restaurants and interacting with people from all walks of life. In the seven years of his yachting career he has studied and worked his way to be Chief Officer. He has explored some of the most amazing parts of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean onboard yachts, and has done one Atlantic crossing. He cannot wait to cross more oceans in the near future. Tristyn’s love for sports and fitness keep him very active both on and off boats.

Chief Officer Tom was born in Zadar, which is coastal town of Croatia located in the middle of the Adriatic Sea. After maritime College he completed his OOW unlimited certificate and started his yachting career. His love of sea and adventure, combined with maritime education made him a successful seaman from early ages.

Throughout his career he visited most of the Mediterranean countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, Monaco, etc. With a positive outlook and a good sense of humor Tom is always reliable and professional. He readily contributes to all aspects of yachting life and rise to any challenge.

Tom’s first yacht was 460 feet (10 largest in the world at the time).

Renato was born in Croatia and raised in Krapanj, the most densely inhabited island in the world. He attended a technical high school in Sibenik and graduated from the Department of Marine Engineering as a Technician. He then spent 5 years working on container ships before moving to the commercial industry. In 2017, Renato brought his expertise to the yachting world, quickly adapting to the demands of luxury yacht engineering. He manages all engines, electrical systems, and supporting mechanics with precision, ensuring smooth and safe operations onboard. Renato’s technical skills and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the crew. Outside of work, Renato is an avid fisherman and car enthusiast who enjoys cooking and spending time with friends. His passion for engineering and his friendly nature

Antisa was born in a historic and picturesque Croatia where he was raised in the least-inhabited island in the world named Krapanj. With a mechanical flare he attended Technical college in Sibenik and graduated from the department of Marine Engineering as a Technician.
Antisa has spent five years working in the container ship industry before moving to the offshore industry in 1998. His engineering career has taken him all over the world and exposed him to many different cultures and people.
In 2016, he decided to make the transition to yachts and has not looked back. Managing engines, all electrical items onboard, generators and all supporting mechanics keeps his day busy. In his free time he likes fishing, travelling and has a great passion for classic cars and loves to cook and socialize and hang out with friends.

Chef Luke is a dedicated and highly skilled culinary professional with a strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. With formal training on land and several successful years in the yachting industry, he brings a refined and versatile approach to cuisine, expertly blending classic techniques with global inspiration. His love for travel and exploration of diverse cultures deeply influences his culinary style, allowing him to craft innovative menus that reflect both creativity and authenticity.

Chef Luke thrives in dynamic environments, consistently going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations with beautifully presented, flavorful dishes tailored to individual preferences. His calm demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to any yacht program.

Chef Patricia brings a wealth of international experience and a passion for exceptional cuisine to every meal she creates. Having lived in three regions of Italy, she has developed an authentic appreciation for Italian cooking while also becoming a certified Nutritionist and Sushi Chef. Her culinary philosophy combines beautiful flavors with thoughtful, balanced dining.

Having worked aboard nearly 30 yachts and across 16 countries, Patricia loves discovering new ingredients and techniques through her travels, often visiting food and art festivals for inspiration. She takes great pride in creating personalized dining experiences and enjoys learning each guest’s favorite dishes to craft menus they’ll remember.

Away from the galley, Patricia enjoys writing short stories, hiking, and bringing people together over great food at dinner parties with friends.

Bianca was born and raised in the vibrant city of Durban, situated on the picturesque East Coast of South Africa. Her innate love for beauty and a strong creative flair naturally led her to pursue studies in makeup and special effects upon finishing school. An advocate of health and fitness, Bianca is not only a qualified yoga instructor but also an avid equestrian enthusiast. Passionate about the outdoors and an active lifestyle, Bianca spends most of her free time with friends, on the beach, or riding her horses. Her deep-seated love for the ocean, wildlife and travel was nurtured during childhood holidays, which has seamlessly transitioned her into the exhilarating and dynamic world of yachting. With a blend of artistic talent, dedication to fitness, and a zest for adventure, Bianca brings a unique and energetic presence to any crew, always eager to explore and embrace new challenges.

Rachel Ryan grew up in Wellington, New Zealand, where her passion for travel and hospitality first began. Inspired by her older sister’s involvement in the industry, Rachel pursued a career in yachting to combine her love of exploration with exceptional guest service. Eager to experience new cultures and destinations around the world, she began her journey in hospitality working onboard Disney Cruise Line as a “Fairy Godmother” in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, creating memorable experiences for young guests and their families.

Rachel has since built extensive experience as a stewardess onboard yachts, traveling throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas. Known for her warm and approachable personality, professionalism, and strong attention to detail, she takes pride in delivering friendly, personalized service and creating lasting memories for guests through thoughtful experiences and genuine hospitality. Passionate about travel and guest interaction, Rachel enjoys building meaningful connections while ensuring every guest vacation feels seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Austin grew up in the Midwest of the United States, where he developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for dedication from an early age. One of his very first jobs was painting tee markers at his local golf course, a role he took on before he was old enough to operate machinery under Michigan state regulations. He later graduated from Adrian College in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Although Austin began his career in yachting slightly later than many, he has embraced every opportunity the industry has offered, bringing adaptability, and a positive attitude to each role he takes on. When he’s not working, Austin values spending quality time with his family and closest friends. He also enjoys tackling projects around the house and continuously improving his home.
