With extensive experience navigating both the Mediterranean and Caribbean, for almost 25 years Captain Denis Ruban is a seasoned professional skilled in commanding sailing and motor yachts between 40 and 70 feet. His expertise spans private charters, crew management, technical oversight, and vessel maintenance—including mechanical and electrical systems.
Over the past few years, Denis has captained prestigious catamarans and trimarans across the Caribbean, Corsica, and the Atlantic, including over the past few years:

Nathan Leroux is a talented young chef who honed his skills in prestigious gastronomic restaurants on land. Driven by his passion for culinary arts, he continuously evolves his inspirations and techniques. Nathan thrives on the unique challenges of cooking aboard yachts and takes great pleasure in delighting guests from around the world with his exceptional dishes.

Breakfasts :
Every morning, we kindly propose different types of eggs:
scramble, fried, poached, omelette, boiled
We propose as well pancakes, french toasts and crepes
Customers can also have fresh fruits, cereals and milk, yogurt, granola, charcuterie and cheese, avocado, different flavor of jam, butter and bred, tea, coffee and fruit juices
