Captain Vicente is a highly experienced sailor and captain with over 20 years of experience navigating the Caribbean’s crystal-clear waters. His extensive maritime background includes sailing charters, fishing excursions, sailing instruction, and vessel maintenance. Born and raised in the Caribbean, Vicente developed a deep love for the ocean and its rhythms. He began sailing at a young age and quickly honed his skills, becoming a respected captain and sailing instructor.

Carolina is a vibrant Cuban chef whose cooking isn’t just a profession – it’s her heritage, her creative outlet, and her way of sharing love and warmth with others. She spent countless hours cooking alongside her family, learning the secrets of timeless dishes and developing a deep appreciation for the simple, yet profound joy of sharing meals. Our trip exceeded our expectations. First off Ale and Mary could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts.

Ale is a great captain and very knowledgeable. He took us fishing, took us to explore many different Island spots, taught us how to play card games, shared his nautical knowledge and made us some great drinks.

Mary is a great chef. She started working before we even arrived by procuring the food for the delicious meals she prepared. We have many food allergies and she was so accommodating and shared ingredients of each meal prior to serving them. The food preparation, presentation and tastes were all awesome! She has great recipes and every meal was just delicious. She prepared a great menu for our week to accommodate our family. She even decorated the boat for our Christmas celebration. From the time we landed to the time we departed she made all transportation arrangements which made traveling so much easier.

Both Ale and Mary worked tirelessly to make sure our family had a trip of a lifetime and got to have a wonderful experience in the Bahamas. Thighly recommend Kittiwake and Ale and Mary for anyone looking for a trip of a lifetime and am glad to have made some new friends!

We’ve had an amazing trip!!! Capt Ale and Mary were absolutely fabulous, very accommodating and true masters at their craft! We fished, swam, snorkeled and relaxed! Food and drinks were on point! We were treated like absolute ROYALTY by our crew!! This will hopefully be the first of many charters for us and we will recommend you/Kittiwake/Capt Ale and Mary to all of our friends. In short… we loved it! It was truly a magical trip for all of us.

Captain Brynn
Did everything in his power to meet or exceed all the requests on our preference sheets. All of the anchorages were beautiful and secluded (as much as possible). We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling at various locations — and most of the time it was only our group. Awesome! We experienced being under sail (fantastic) and also motoring when conditions weren’t good for sailing. We fished and hooked something large, but unfortunately it broke the line — very exciting! We saw turtles, dolphin, and several reef shark from the boat, and swam with the nurse sharks. We enjoyed relaxing sunsets from the boat with refreshing cocktails prepared by Brynn.

What an amazing chef! We had no idea that meals aboard would be fine dining experiences — never a duplicated dish and all beautifully presented. It is amazing how she was able to prepare such elaborate meals while underway — with quite choppy seas in some cases. Unbelievable!

While we all own boats and are accustomed to being on the water, none of us expected how much different (in a wonderful way) sailing would be from a motorboat. We are all looking forward to our next sailing vacation!

I wanted to write this review, because this was the best trip ever!

Reflecting on my husband 60th Birthday Celebration, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to Celebrate aboard the Catamaran Kittiwake and the Wonderful Crew Captain Brynn and our Chef Jennifer assisting with the meals.

We have done a few charters in the past, but this one, was by far, the BEST ONE!

The itinerary that our Captain Brynn organized for us, was so fun and relaxing, included everything we wanted to do and more.
He was always very attentive to our needs and was very flexible to what we wanted to do. He went out of his call of duty to give us the best trip ever. My son brought his Kitesurf and Brynn was always there so support and assist with the kite. I felt they were just like family to us.

Jennifer, our Chef also went out of her call of duty to create special meals for us so that we can enjoy our time exploring. We always wanted to be with both of them, it was so fun.

We also felt so safe, on our last night in Paradise Island, the sailboat next to us wasn’t anchored properly, of course we didn’t know that until next morning, as we were sleeping, Thanks to Brynn who was
up all night to keep us safe from the Sailboat to drift on us.

We are world travelers. My kids have travelled the world, but at the end of this trip, they said it was their favorite trip of all.
I highly recommend this crew, as the crew is what makes the difference to make your vacation a memorable one.

I need to tell you how awesome Brynn was to have as a captain. First and foremost he made us feel safe. He was very professional and obviously knew how to handle the boat. He took very good care of us. Secondly, and most importantly as a guest on vacation, he was fun! Once the boat was settled, he was social and had such a great personality. We had great conversations! He made our trip very enjoyable and I would recommend him as a captain to anyone!!! Thanks for arranging such a great week in the Bahamas!!

This was our first charter family vacation and wished we had done it sooner! It was the best family vacation we ever experienced. For the first time, as parents, we were not exhausted after the vacation for having to plan daily excursions and meals throughout the trip. Captain Wouts was incredible with our three teen boys. He kept them busy everyday. His patience and thoughtfulness with teaching the boys how to wakeboard was a highlight. Captains daily excursions were out of this world! He knew all the special spots and was able to get us in and out well before the tourist crowds. He was so kind and willing to answer all our yachting questions as we are planning on purchasing a similar boat when we retire.

Chef/Crew Kelly was equally remarkable. Her food was out of this world! My picky boys cleaned their plate every single meal! She and Wouts kept our drinks full, bellies filled and memories over-flowing. By the end of the trip, they felt like family and it was hard to say goodbye. I cannot recommend this Crew enough for a family experience that will last a lifetime!
