Broker Feedback:

I just got off a Teams meeting and could not be happier with the feedback on the charter! I have done charters for this family, their parents, and several of their friends for years now. They were so happy with the experience and had so many compliments for the yacht and the crew. They thought the yacht was well maintained, very comfortable and they really enjoyed the inflatable pool, net and toys. They thought the chef was fantastic and commented that “they felt that he really heard them as far as their preferences “. They thought captain David was great, flexible and great with communications to keep everyone comfortable and safe. They commented that the girls were awesome, super nice and accommodating. The best compliment of all was when he told me he was going to tell another one of my clients that he and his family should charter the yacht! They also mentioned they are looking forward to the next charter.

I know the crew went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. The birthday girl loved that everyone had the shirts on, and they truly appreciated the tender and X along and how everyone did so great with each other.

This year’s crew REALLY knocked it out of the park for our family!!

I will say that the entire crew led by Captain David and Alex were OUTSTANDING!

Our entire family were so impressed and shocked with how accommodating and gracious that the entire crew was with us.

We must not forget Chef Gary, since it’s going to be impossible to find a Chef who could beat his fabulous meals every day. The food was so perfect and flavourful every single meal!!

I’ll end by saying that ‘anyone that finds anything to complain about aboard the Miss Stephanie is clearly someone that will never be happy’ 🙂

From start to finish, you all went above and beyond to make our trip truly unforgettable.

Captain David, your skillful navigation took us to some breathtaking spots, and we especially appreciate your kindness and patience in helping Ms. X feel comfortable and safe in the water. It meant the world to us.

Sandeep, the meals you prepared were simply divine. We’re still talking about how delicious everything was! You’re an incredible chef.

Enrique, thank you for all your hard work behind the scenes as the ship’s engineer. Knowing that everything was running smoothly allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment of our vacation. We truly appreciate your dedication.

To Alex, KJ, and Ethan, thank you all for being such fantastic companions on all our excursions. Whether it was exploring the conch beach, swimming with pigs, or helping us navigate shark infested lazy rivers, your helpfulness and enthusiasm made ever moment even more enjoyable.

Isabella, your constant smile and attentive care for our cabins did not go unnoticed. It was wonderful to return to such a comfortable and well-kept space each day.

And Winne, what can we say? Your service was truly exceptional. The themed dinner nights were so much fun, your cocktails were amazing, and we deeply appreciate all the thoughts we shared about life. You truly gave us the most incredible service one could ask for.

This week has been truly amazing for our family.

The kids had an absolute blast each day exploring the islands. From swimming with sharks to snorkeling a plane wreck, it’s safe to say they had the best week of their lives.

The adults also thoroughly enjoyed Winnie’s cocktails and some leisure time on the boat.

Thank you so much to the crew for making this week such an unforgettable experience! The kids can be a handful (putting it nicely) and we truly appreciate everything you did to make this trip so special!
